Terms of service

The service

Omelia provides AI voice and chat agents, a dashboard, phone numbers and integrations under the plan the clinic selects. Nothing goes live until the clinic has tested and approved its agents.

Fees

Plans bill monthly. Usage beyond the plan draws from a prepaid balance; when it is exhausted calls forward to the clinic’s real reception number. Numbers, WhatsApp template costs and premium lines are billed as listed on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Clinics must obtain consent before outbound AI contact where the law requires it and must not use the agents for deceptive, unlawful or clinical-diagnosis purposes.

Liability

The agents answer from the information the clinic provides. The clinic remains responsible for its prices, promises and medical advice.
