Omelia provides AI customer support software to clinics and service businesses. This policy explains what we collect on this website and in the product, and why.
What we collect on this site
When you book a demo we store the details you type — your name, company, website, email and notes — and the time you chose, so we can hold the meeting and prepare for it. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
What the product processes
For clinics using Omelia we process call audio, transcripts, messages and booking details on the clinic’s behalf as a processor. Every call opens with an AI and recording disclosure. Data is stored in the EU. Photo analysis describes and never diagnoses.
Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you may ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal data. Email hello@getomelia.com and we will act within thirty days.
